The Kiwanis Club of Albury Wodonga is a non profit, and non religious organisation whose main aim is to offer hands on assistance to any needy group or individual as our club sees fit. The membership of the club is for people of any age and is also open to both male and female members

Our club meets in the Restaurant of the Provincial Motel, 12 High St, Wodonga. Here we hold an informal meeting at 6.30 for fellowship and a 7 p.m. start on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each Month. We enjoy a three-course dinner at a cost of $12-50 per head. We come to here reports from the respective chairman, receive announcements, sometimes we hear a guest speaker and are brought up to date on the activities of our club and on what is happening in Kiwanis in our Division, Australia and Internationally.

Our club has been involved in many projects over the years. Here we have listed just a few.

Make Trauma Dolls for Children’s and Casualty Wards.
Establish video libraries on pre and postnatal care at two hospitals.
St Vincent De Paul clothing Drive and Institute for Blind Door Knock.
General Maintenance and working bees throughout the community.

At all of our activities we promote the involvement of our family members often having our children and families attending. A BBQ or similar event follows many working bees. We also arrange other function like Casserole Nights, Bike Rides, BBQ’s, Progressive Dinners, and Camping Weekends on regular occasions for the enjoyment of our members.
